95% Recruiting（以下「当社」）は、職業紹介事業および人材サービスを行うにあたり、求職者、求人企業のご担当者、その他関係者の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律、職業安定法、および関連する指針に従って適切に取り扱います。
95% Recruiting ("we") operates a recruitment agency in Japan. We handle the personal data of candidates, client contacts and other parties in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Employment Security Act and related guidelines.
1. 取得する情報 / What we collect
- 氏名、連絡先（メールアドレス、電話番号、LINE等のメッセージングアカウント識別子）
- 職務経歴、学歴、資格、希望条件、面接や選考の記録
- 求人企業の担当者情報、求人条件
- 当社のLINE公式アカウントやメッセージ、メールでのやり取りの内容
Name and contact details (including messaging-account identifiers such as LINE), work history, qualifications, preferences, interview and selection records, client contact details and job requirements, and the content of conversations with us on LINE, messaging and email.
2. 利用目的 / Purposes
- 求人・求職のマッチング、紹介、選考および採用手続きの支援
- 面接日程の調整、連絡、進捗のご案内
- 求人企業への推薦（求職者の同意を得た範囲）
- 法令に基づく記録の作成・保管、および当社サービスの改善
Matching and introducing candidates to employers, coordinating interviews and communications, recommending candidates to clients within the scope of their consent, keeping legally required records, and improving our service.
3. AIによる処理 / Automated assistants
当社は業務の一部にAIアシスタントを用いています。応募者の推薦、内定、採用条件などの重要な判断は、必ず当社の担当者が確認・承認したうえで行います。AIのみによる最終決定は行いません。
We use AI assistants for parts of our operations. Significant decisions such as recommending a candidate, offers and employment terms are always reviewed and approved by a person at 95% Recruiting. No final decision is made by an AI alone.
4. 第三者提供 / Sharing
求職者の個人情報は、本人の同意を得た場合、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。求人企業への推薦は、本人の同意を得た範囲で行います。
We do not share candidate data with third parties except with the candidate's consent or where required by law. Recommendations to employers are made within the scope the candidate has agreed to.
5. 委託と保管 / Processors and storage
当社は、メッセージング（LINE）、メール、クラウド型の業務システムなどの事業者に処理を委託することがあります。委託先は適切に監督します。データは必要な期間保管し、不要となった場合は安全に削除します。
We may entrust processing to service providers such as messaging (LINE), email and cloud business systems, which we supervise appropriately. Data is retained only as long as needed and then securely deleted.
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止 / Your rights
ご本人は、当社が保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止を請求できます。下記の連絡先までお申し出ください。
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your personal data by contacting us below.
7. 安全管理 / Security
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失、毀損を防止するため、アクセス制限、記録の保全、その他必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
We apply access controls, record keeping and other appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, leakage, loss or damage.
